This year, Tegan and Sara won 3 awards, Group of the Year, Pop Album of the Year for Heartthrob, and Single of the Year for "Closer". Serena Ryder managed to win 2 awards this time around: Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year. Arcade Fire won both Album of the Year and Alternative Album of the Year for Reflektor.

- Justin Bieber for Juno Fan Choice Award, beating Arcade Fire,Avril Lavigne, Celine Dion, Drake, Hedley, Michael Bublé, Robin Thicke, Serena Ryder, and Walk off the Earth.
